Ten minutes. One spot on your floor. No gym.
The Ceeylo Body Shaping Twister Machine works your core, obliques and legs through controlled rotation - low-impact movement you can actually do every day without wrecking your knees or your downstairs neighbour's ceiling.
Twin weighted platforms give you a stable base. The removable resistance cords bring your arms, shoulders and back into it, so a short session turns into a full-body one.
Slides under the couch when you're done.
- Twin-plate design - steadier underfoot than a single disc
- Resistance cords included - upper body when you want it, unclip them when you don't
- Silent magnetic rotation - apartment-friendly, no thudding
- Textured non-slip surface - barefoot or in shoes
- Stores flat - 35.5 × 27 × 6 cm, fits under a bed or sofa

The idea
What grounding means
Outdoors, bare skin on soil or wet sand puts you in direct contact with the ground. Indoors, floors and footwear sit in between.
A grounding sheet restores that contact through the ground port already in your wall. No mains power touches it.

How it works
STEP 1 — SHEET ON BED
Step 1Lay it on the bed
Spread the sheet across the mattress, over or under your fitted sheet.
STEP 2 — CORD INTO OUTLET
Step 2Plug in the cord
Connect the cord to the ground opening of a nearby outlet. It carries no live current.
STEP 3 — SLEEPING
Step 3Sleep on it
Keep some skin in contact with the sheet. That is the whole routine.

Questions, answered
Is it safe?
The product never touches mains power — it connects only to the ground opening, and the cord carries a resistor as a second layer of separation. It does depend on your wiring being correctly grounded, so have an electrician check the outlet if you are unsure. Do not use during an electrical storm.
Is this a medical device?
No. It is a consumer wellness product and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are managing a health condition, speak to your clinician first.
Will it fit my bed?
[TO CONFIRM — add your dimensions and which mattress sizes they suit.]
How do I wash it?
Cold wash, gentle cycle, air dry. No bleach, no fabric softener, no oils or lotions — they coat the silver thread and stop it conducting.
What if my outlet has no ground?
Then it will not work and should not be used with that outlet. A grounding rod placed in soil outside is the alternative. [TO CONFIRM — say whether you stock one.]
